MHOL is proud to welcome two interns for the summer. Julia Lake and Samantha Ambrico were selected to serve as our College Summer Interns.
Julia is a student at F&M. Majoring in Sociology she will be graduating in 2017. She brings a lot of experience in marketing, event coordinating and organizing. Dedicated to serving the community Julia is excited about working at MHOL and is looking forward to her summer with our staff. Her main responsibilities will be assisting our staff by contributing story ideas, assisting with research, assisting with marketing and events, and jumping in wherever she can to lend a hand.
Samantha is a New York native attending Eastern University where she is dual majoring in Psychology and Dance. She also will be graduating in 2017. She has experience working with children and serving the community in her area through Catholic Charities Community Services. She will have a dual role interning in our classroom as a TA and research and data coordinator.
“I am very excited about our interns and our internship program. Internships are beneficial in many ways for not only the intern but also for Mom’s House,” said Sara Moyer.
We are excited to have both ladies working with us at MHOL. We hope you will give them both a warm welcome in the community.
