Dominic DeFreece, Chair
Born and raised in New York City, Dominic DeFreece has always had a love of finance. He has since lived in all corners of New York and Pennsylvania, served in the United States Army Reserve, graduated from Pennsylvania State University – Harrisburg Campus with a Bachelor’s degree in Professional Accountancy. After graduation he began his professional career in Philadelphia with Deloitte & Touche as an auditor. Dominic’s next move brought him to ING (International Netherlands Group). For over a decade he e learned and worked with the some of the best folks in corporate finance, risk management & investments. Dominic has since taken his experience to the private sector where he helps families and businesses grow their wealth as a financial consultant. Dominic currently resides in Cumru township with his high school sweetheart and their three children.
Timothy G. Ponessa, Vice Chair
Tim was born and raised in Lebanon, Pennsylvania and graduated from Lebanon High School in 1978. He joined the U.S. Army and served 15 years on Active Duty in the Military Police Corps and later joined the Army Reserves. Tim is a veteran of the Persian Gulf and Afghanistan wars and retired in 2013 as a Master Sergeant with 21 years of service. Tim joined the Manheim Township Police Department in 1995 and currently serve as the Patrol Administrative Sergeant. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and of the University of Phoenix with a Master’s degree in Organizational Management. Tim is married with two adult daughters, two adult step daughters, 5 grandchildren and a grandchild due in July 2016. He is the current President of the National Sojourners, Lancaster Chapter 292, and have recently been elected to the Board of Directors of the Lancaster Elks Lodge 134.

Micah Saul, Esq., Secretary
Micah is a labor and employment attorney at McNees Wallace and Nurick. He assists clients through a host of complex issues including employee discipline and discharge, workplace investigations, audits of employment practices by state and federal agencies, employee/supervisor trainings, and discrimination and general defense. Micah’s knowledge and familiarity with state and federal statutes, including the ADA, ADEA, FLSA, FMLA, Title VII, PPACA, and wage and hour laws allows him to diligently support clients’ interests. He focuses on providing creative solutions aimed at avoiding liability and expense.
Micah regularly lectures on a variety of topics including state and federal employment law, social media in the workplace, and general liability concerns.
He lives in West Lampeter Township with his wife and three children.

Kevin McGillicuddy
Kevin McGillicuddy has been a part of Mom’s House Lancaster’s Board of Directors since November of 2015. He also serves and attends Life Church Lancaster with his family. He moved down to Lancaster county 5 years ago to help start Life Church, which is a church passionate about leading people to Jesus for life. Kevin has been an IT professional for 10 years, starting work while a college student at Pennsylvania College of Technology, where he graduated with a bachelors degree. He supports one of the most known reputable Christian based organizations in Lancaster County, as the IT Systems Team Lead for the last 2 years. Kevin has been married to his lovely bride, Maggie, for 5 years and they have a wonderful little 2 year old girl named Autumn. Kevin is a book worm and loves spending time with his family.
David Lloyd
Dave Lloyd was born and raised in the small town of Roslyn PA just outside of Philadelphia. Dave has spent his entire 30 year career in the hospital medical device industry. Dave has worked for both small and large companies and held positions in sales, sales training, sales management, finance, and product management. Most recently, he was Vice President of Sales for California start up Ivera Medical now owned by 3M. Dave is an avid Chelsea FC fan and is passionate about all Philly sports teams. Dave has a BS degree from Penn State, a daughter Jen in Haymarket ,Virginia, and lives with his wife Anne in East Hempfield.
Bruce Tully, Chaplain
Bruce was born in Philadelphia a long time ago! Raised in central Ohio, he returned to PA over eight years ago as Pastor of Salem Evangelical Reformed Church, Hellers, in the Leola area. He attended both The Ohio State University and nearby Otterbein University in the Columbus area, graduating from Otterbein with his BA in Speech Communications. After a number of years working in business, from sales to insurance to retail management, Bruce entered Ashland Theological Seminary in OH, where he earned his MDiv in 2006. Bruce is married to Lisa, current Program Director at Mom’s House, and they have two grown children, Patrick and Laura.
